If you choose to close or archive your account, the information will be removed over time. We can't do this instantly because we need to maintain the records for a limited amount of time (usually 3 to 5 years) to check against fraudulent users.
As part of our commitment to regulated gambling, if you join with an email address and tell us you are either underage or live in an unsupported country, we need to ensure that the same email can not simply delete their account and make a new one claiming to be a different age or from a different location, for example.
