Anything can happen. Such is life!

Sometimes events will be postponed or canceled, and that decision can make things get pretty hectic. So what do we do when this happens?

Generally speaking, we choose to wait a certain time to see if the event is played or completed. If it is, bets will stand and settle with the official results.

For example, we'll wait 30 hours after the initial starting time if an esports event is postponed. Regarding fighting events, we'll have to wait one week. For some NFL markets, the timeframe will be 96 hours.

You can see the specific rules here:

Once we have officially confirmed that the match was not played soon enough, your bet will be canceled as our rules detail.

  • If it was a single bet, it will be fully refunded in your cash or bonus wallet.

  • If it's a part of a parlay, that leg will essentially 'disappear' (odds become 1.0). So the combined odd will be recalculated with the remaining bets, and your combo will still stand.
