How does freezing my account work? ❄️

My account is frozen; what should I do? ☃️
Once opted in, your account will remain frozen until the duration expires. You'll see a message about the status of your account and what you can access when you log in.
After a freeze expires, you will need to talk to our Support team to have it removed.

Our Support will be able to see the details of your account and help you reactivate it. Remember, we'll need to wait until the self-exclusion period is entirely over in the system before moving on.
- If you have frozen your account temporarily, it will take 24 hours for the change to reflect on your end after our Support team reactivates the account. 
- If you have decided to freeze your account permanently, reactivating it will not be possible. We need to honour your decision to self-exclude from gambling.
