How do I reset my password?
Write down the email you use for your Rivalry account and hit RESET.
Check your inbox. The spam folder, too, just in case!
Click on RESET MY PASSWORD.
Set up your new password and click on CHANGE PASSWORD.
Done! You'll receive confirmation that your password was changed, plus an email.
Now, you can log in with your new password. If there's any issue, please let us know!
Some email providers may require adding our email address ([email protected]) to your contacts or safe list.
I don't have access to my email; what do I do?😖
At this stage, if you cannot access your email account, you will need to reach out to your email service provider's customer support team, such as Gmail or Outlook.
Our support team cannot create a new password for your email account. Once you regain access to your email, you can reset your Rivalry password by following the earlier steps.
