What happens to my account if I don't provide my ID (or it is rejected?)

You can still deposit and wager on Rivalry without providing an ID. However, to access to our promotions, you are required to pass a face-check or verify your account. For limits and when you need to verify, head over to our Verification page.

You will need to provide an ID and verify your account to withdraw funds.

Documenting your identity is an essential part of being a customer with Rivalry. We are a fully licensed and regulated sportsbook, after all!

If you're having difficulty uploading your information, don't worry! You'll have as many attempts as you need, e.g., in case the photo is not legible or you need to try a new document. The Support team will be here 24/7 to help with anything.
