Just head over to our Verification page to start the process.

You'll find the player levels set up for your region and the limits for each of these. Player levels, limits, and required documents might differ from region to region.

Here's a standard example of what you'll see on the Verification page:

If you hover over the ❓ icon under REQUIREMENTS, you'll find the type of documents that are required for each level.

Next, click on the orange button that says "Upgrade" to submit your documents. It will guide you through our automated verification process step by step.

You can do this on a PC, laptop, tablet, or phone. The layout will be different, but you'll still find every key feature. You'll only need a device with a good camera... and check if the permission to use it on your browser is enabled!

Once the process is completed on your side, it should take up to 15 minutes to be updated with a result. Our Support's here if you encounter any type of issue.
